Continuous/C.A.V.H.

Medcomp ® has made a commitment to this important modality as first described by Kramer. Continuous development in this area has resulted in unique innovations such as individual zero clear- ance sheath/dilator and transitions assisting in ease of insertion. We offer some C.A.V.H. Catheters as a two-part, 5FR Kramer- style catheter and as a standard one-part, 14 gauge Seldinger Catheter. The two-part catheter has an internal 5FR dilator and extension lines with clamps that are molded to the catheter hub. The 14 gauge C.A.V.H. Catheter is supplied with a separate vessel dilator. Also available is the innovative flexible sheath which com- bines ease of insertion with resistant, accordion sheath.
